- Extend boundaries for commercial and residential properties

- Increase population

- Allow for future voluntary annexation

- Allow for future development

- Increase sales tax collected

- Increase road and bridge tax (prorated by population)

- Make sewer treatment facility more feasible

- Not raise property taxes

- Annex Mo Dot right of way to allow for city limit signs
